Adrienne Barbeau is an actress and author best known for her roles on the TV series Maude – playing Bea Arthur’s daughter Carol – and in horror films, which earned her the nicknames “The Scream Queen” and “The Queen of Horror.” Her many film credits include: Swamp Thing, Escape From New York, The Fog, and the Academy Award-winning Argo. Television credits include Revenge, Carnivàle, The Drew Carey Show, Grey’s Anatomy, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Dexter, and Criminal Minds. She recently played the role of Berthe in Pippin with the Broadway Touring Company, which included a local stop at The McCallum Theatre.
