In Unprecedented and Challenging Times,
We’re in this Together!

Our world continues to make major daily changes and adaptations as we navigate the evolving COVID-19 pandemic. With your support, together we will weather this storm. I want to have a candid discussion with you about what’s going on at CVRep and how we’ll survive these challenging and chaotic times.

CVRep’s Board of Directors is committed to the responsible stewardship of our Donors’ precious gifts.

Closing the run of The City of Conversation and postponing the production of Native Gardens has interrupted vital revenue streams for CVRep. The CVRep Board of Directors’ response was swift and decisive. After careful review, the difficult decision to layoff part-time staff, enact pay-cuts for the full time staff and establish remote work arrangements for the safety of our employees was made. I am proud that the Board of Directors is committed to sound fiscal management and responsible stewardship of donor dollars.

You are what creates ‘the magic of the Theatre’.

.
While we navigate this unpredictable time, I want to thank our patrons and donors for the support and success you have given us. Without an audience, actors merely deliver lines. It’s the interaction and emotional bond with each of you that occurs during every show – that’s what makes the Theatre magic.
.

Together we’ve achieved so many remarkable accomplishments. And, when the coronavirus pandemic is contained, there’s so much more we will do together.

.
We are now faced with the daunting challenge of raising $200,000 to support ongoing operations. First and foremost, my sincere thanks goes to the many ticketholders who donated their tickets back to the theatre for our cancelled productions. This gesture was a tremendous help. Until the Theatre can reopen, our only revenue source is the support we receive from our constituents. Please consider a gift of any amount to assist CVRep. By clicking the button below, you can enter any amount, knowing that it will help CVRep continue its mission. If you prefer, you can call (760) 296-2966, extension 114 to process your donation via phone. With your support, we will reopen in the Fall with gratitude and smiling faces.
