Winter Break Theatre Camp
CVRep announces a new theatre experience where young people make friends, expand their imagination, have fun, learn how to create, and work as part of the unique theater ensemble, all while working on creating an original theater piece all on their own. Camp includes classes with theater professionals in improv, theatre games, singing, movement, acting, imagination building, writing, and a live performance on the last day!
The first half of each day will be spent learning & practicing acting skills. The second half of the day will be spent putting those skills to use, building, and rehearsing an original show. The session culminates with a performance on the last day of camp.
Make new friends while having fun in the theatre over School Break! What could be better!

The camp day will be broken down to morning / lunch / afternoon sessions.
The morning sessions will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon focusing on improv, open scenes, and ensemble building games.
12 to 12:45 – Lunch Will Be Provided
12:45: Start afternoon session working on song and dance, text “build a play” work, and stage presence and performance skills. Also, hands on instruction of scenic design elements.
4:OO pm – End of day.
