2023/2024 SEASON TICKET INFORMATION
NEW THIS YEAR
To accommodate the numerous requests we have received for a mid-week matinee, we have replaced our Tuesday evening performances with a Wednesday matinee each week. We are also offering two different Season ticketing packages for the 2023/2024 Season:
Full Season Subscription Package:
Full Season Subscriptions, also known as “fixed subscriptions” include one ticket for each of our five 2023/2024 productions on the same day / night of each performance, in the same seats.
All 2023/2024 Season Subscriptions are $395 (including fees) unless noted differently below. The Season packages available are:
- Preview Performance – Wednesday Matinee – $305 (including fees)

- Preview Performance – Wednesday Evening – $305 (including fees)

- Opening Night (includes complimentary valet parking and pre-show reception) – $445 (including fees)

Season Subscribers receive the following benefits:
- Secure the same seats for the entire season.
- Season tickets may be exchanged (with no additional fee) for any performance of the same production by presenting tickets or calling the Box Office at least 72 hours prior to the performance for which you have tickets.
- The first option to renew your “same seats” or to choose new nights / new seats for the next year.
Season Flex Packages – $305 (including fees)
Flex Packages provide you with four (4) Flex Ticket Vouchers that you may later exchange for tickets to shows in a manner that best suits your schedule. You can bring three friends with you to one show, or you can attend four different shows by yourself, or anything in between. While we can’t guarantee you will have the same seats for each show like we can with a Season Subscription, our Season Flex Package holders do have the opportunity to choose their shows and seats before Single Tickets go on sale to the general public.
*Flex Ticket Vouchers exchanged for an Opening Night performance will be charged an additional $10.00 per ticket Opening Night fee.
Season Flex Package holders receive the following benefits:
- The flexibility to create a schedule that works around your availability.
- The ability to exchange your Flex Ticket Vouchers for the show(s) of your choice beginning September 1, BEFORE single tickets go on sale to the general public.
- Tickets may be exchanged (with no additional fee) for any performance by presenting tickets or calling the Box Office at least 72 hours prior to the performance for which you have tickets.
- The option to renew your Flex Package, or switch to a Season Subscription the following season before tickets go on sale to the general public.
IMPORTANT DATES:
July 1: We can begin taking payments for Subscriptions. While we can take payment for both Renewal Subscriptions and New Subscriptions the actual processing and assignment of seats will happen in accordance to the dates below. All Renewal Subscriptions, new Subscriptions and Subscription changes are processed in the order in which they are received.
July 1 – July 14: Early-Bird Season Subscription Renewal Period
During the renewal period, we will process renewal orders for existing 2022/2023 subscribers making no changes to their existing subscriptions.
July 15: Change Requests to 2022-2023 Subscription Processing Period
We will begin processing the renewal subscriptions needing changes, such as a new performance day and / or different seats.
August 1: New Subscription Processing Period / Flex Packages on Sale for Current Donors.
Season Subscription and Flex Package sales are open to current CVRep donors who have given $100 or more in 2023.
August 16: New Season Subscriptions / Flex Packages on Sale to General Public
Season Subscriptions and Flex Packages go on sale to everyone.
September 1: Season Subscription holder and Flex Package Exchange period begins.
For Season Subscribers who may need to exchange a ticket for a performance, we can begin to fulfill those exchange requests. We can also begin to start processing Flex Ticket Vouchers at this time.
September 15: Single Tickets Public on Sale
Single tickets go on sale to the General Public.
FAQs
Q. Can I have the same seats I had in my subscription last year?
A. Yes, during our Renewal Period! All 2022-2023 Subscriber seats are currently on hold pending our renewal season. Existing subscribers will have the opportunity to retain their 2022/2023 seats prior to any new sales or changes to existing subscriptions (August 1). We are in the process of contacting subscribers now in order to reserve the correct seats / nights in 2023/2024.
Q. What if I didn’t have the same seats / same nights for every show last season?
A. There are a few cases where we were unable to determine a patron’s “same seat” subscription for 2022/2023. This was either because tickets were originally scheduled on different days or in different seats, or there were multiple exchanges made throughout the year. We will work with these patrons individually to find a subscription that works best for them.
Q. I want to make changes to my 2022-2023 subscription. Why do I have to wait?
A. In order to best serve all of our patrons, we will not begin processing changes or new subscriptions until after our initial renewal period ends. Due to the vast number of seats we currently have on hold for renewals, it is quite likely a number of seats or days will become available.
Q. I want a Full Season Subscription, but have to change the dates for one of the performances. Can I still do that?
A. Absolutely! Season Subscribers may exchange tickets for any production to another performance of the same production with no exchange fee, beginning September 1. Simply give us at least 72 hours notice prior to your originally ticketed performance.
Q. Why can’t I purchase single tickets when subscriptions go on sale?
A. Because we won’t know for sure what seats are available until after our Subscription Renewals, New Subscriptions and Changed Subscriptions are processed. When a subscription is on hold for renewal or purchase, it means a particular seat in the theatre is on hold for every performance occurring that same night in the series. For instance Row B, Seats 15 and 16 for every 1st week Saturday Matinee or every 2nd week Friday evening, etc. If that subscription isn’t renewed, those seats become available for other season subscribers, or, as single tickets.
Q. What is a “Flex Ticket Voucher”?
A. A “Flex Ticket Voucher” is essentially a credit for a ticket held in an account. It isn’t really a “ticket” until you exchange it for a ticketed performance.
Q: What can I use a “Flex Ticket Voucher” for?
A: A “Flex Ticket Voucher” can be redeemed (ie: exchanged) for any of our 2023/2024 season shows.
Q: When can I exchange my Flex Ticket Voucher for a ticket to a show?
A: Flex Ticket Vouchers may be redeemed beginning September 1, 2023. You may exchange your Flex Ticket Vouchers at any time before the show you want to attend. Please keep in mind – many of our shows do sell out, and we can only exchange Flex Ticket Vouchers for shows that still have tickets available.
Q: I don’t have a physical Flex Ticket Voucher? How do I get one?
A: While we will send you a confirmation of your order, we don’t send Flex Ticket Vouchers. They are credits held in your account. In order to exchange one (or more) for tickets to a show – you simply need to either email, call or visit the Box Office. We will just need your name, the number of Flex Ticket Vouchers you want exchanged, and the show and date you would like to attend. We can then either hold your tickets at Will Call or email you electronic tickets.
Q: What if I do not use all of my Flex Tickets, will they be carried over to next year?
A: Flex Ticket Vouchers can only be redeemed in the season for which they were purchased. Any Flex Ticket Vouchers remaining at the end of the 2023/2024 season will be voided.
