A Legacy Circle Bequest to Coachella Valley Repertory is a deferred future planned gift, which can help you balance your financial goals and your charitable interests – all the while possibly achieving significant tax benefits. You’ll do more than help support CVRep, you’ll create a legacy that will carry on your family name well into the future.

Here are some thoughtful options on how to become a member of CVRep’s Enduring Legacy Circle
- Gift of Stock can benefit you in two ways: you receive a charitable income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the securities and you may avoid capital gains taxes on appreciated stocks.
- Beneficiary Designation is a simple way to support CVRep’s work after your lifetime.

- Certificate of Deposits
- Brokerage Accounts
- Life Insurance
- Retirement Accounts
– If you are 70 ½ years old or older, you can give up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to CVRep without having to pay income taxes on the money. Donate your IRA’s Required Minimum Distribution for the year.
- Designate CVRep as the primary nonprofit you wish your Donor Advised Funds to distribute to.
- Make your wishes known to your family, attorney, trust or estate planner about CVRep being added to your Will or Trust.
