International cabaret and concert performer Steve Ross brings his sophisticated touch, delicious sense of humor and his heartfelt ballads together in tonight’s program featuring the music of Cole Porter. Steve is such a master at putting a debonair spin on Cole Porter’s musical high jinks that his persona is that of a polished party entertainer, articulating every rhyme and double entendre.
Edmund Bagnell is best known as 1st Violinist and vocalist of the internationally acclaimed group Well Strung. Through stories and song, Edmund celebrates all things music from classical to standards and from pop to Broadway, and of course with a good dose of fiddle thrown in. This evening shows a different side of Edmund Bagnell in this personal and uplifting journey through music.

Lalo Guerrero will be long-remembered as the Father of Chicano Music. His sons Dan and Mark will celebrate his legacy through film and performance. Dan will screen the documentary film he produced that aired nationally on PBS stations. Lalo Guerrero The Original Chicano explores Mexican-American history through Lalo’s songs and life story and features tributes from Linda Ronstadt, Cheech Marin, Dolores Huerta and Edward James Olmos among others luminaries. Mark will close the evening performing songs written by the beloved entertainer and activist.
